1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through the x444 platform at x444.bio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and x444 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the x444 platform. Continuing to use the platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Important: These Terms are written in English and this English version shall be the binding version for all purposes. No translation of these Terms into any other language shall be treated as authoritative.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of your agreement with x444.
2 Eligibility and Age Verification
Access to x444 and all betting, casino, and gaming services is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

3 Account Registration and Security
3.1 Registration
To access the full range of x444 services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. x444 reserves the right to verify any information you provide.
3.2 Single Account Rule
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on x444. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device — is strictly prohibited. x444 uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, x444 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonuses credited, and withhold any winnings derived from bonus funds.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x444 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. x444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify x444 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
3.4 Account Information Accuracy
The name registered on your x444 account must match the name on the payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank account, or card) used for deposits and withdrawals. x444 will not process withdrawals to payment accounts held in a different name. Any discrepancy may result in a withdrawal being declined pending additional verification.
Note: x444 does not charge any fee for account registration. If you are ever asked to pay a fee to register or to verify your account, do not proceed and contact support immediately, as this may indicate a fraudulent third-party site impersonating x444.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.3 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your x444 account balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer and card deposits may take longer depending on the processing time of your financial institution. x444 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed by x444 within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to any pending verification requirements. Funds are sent to the payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. x444 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before approving any withdrawal.
4.5 Currency
All transactions on x444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). x444 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by you through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering
x444 applies anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with responsible business practice. x444 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit or withdrawal. Funds deposited with x444 must come from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and any funds received from third-party sources will be returned and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
From time to time, x444 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload offers, or other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside that offer, which will include details of the eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum deposit, and expiry period.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (for example, 30x) applied to the bonus amount or the sum of the deposit and bonus amount, as specified in the promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
x444 reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or mathematically certain wagers to satisfy wagering requirements, colluding with other players to fulfil bonus conditions, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
One Bonus at a Time: Unless the promotion terms state otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active will not trigger a second bonus unless the active bonus has expired or been fully wagered.
5.4 Bonus Expiry
Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the time period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. x444 is not obligated to notify you of approaching bonus expiry, though it may choose to do so as a courtesy.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Acceptance of Bets
x444 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: the bet exceeds published stake limits; the odds or game outcome were affected by a technical error; or the bet is suspected to form part of a pattern of fraudulent or advantage-play activity.
6.2 Errors and Malfunctions
In the event of a software or system error that results in an incorrect game outcome, incorrect odds being displayed, or a game being settled inaccurately, x444 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake to your account balance. x444 will not honour payouts that result from a manifest error.
6.3 Sports Betting Rules
For cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sportsbook markets, specific sport and market rules are published within the x444 sportsbook interface and form part of these Terms by reference. In cases of conflict between sport-specific rules and these general Terms, the sport-specific rules shall prevail in relation to settlement of the affected market.
6.4 Live Betting
Live in-play betting is subject to real-time data availability. x444 does not guarantee the continuous availability of live betting markets during any event. Latency in data feeds may cause brief suspensions of live markets. x444 will not be held responsible for any perceived disadvantage resulting from such suspensions.
6.5 Casino and Slot Games

7 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on x444. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

8 Responsible Gaming

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, or commercially exploit any content from the x444 platform without prior written consent from x444. Any unauthorised use of x444 intellectual property may result in account closure and legal proceedings.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the x444 platform or its services. This includes, without limitation, any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial loss arising from:
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the x444 service, whether planned or unplanned.
- Any technical failure, server outage, or data transmission error affecting the platform.
- Any third-party payment provider delay, failure, or error affecting deposits or withdrawals.
- Any outcome of a game, wager, or bet placed on the x444 platform.
- Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

x444 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure, and x444 cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
12 Suspension and Termination
12.1 Termination by You
You may close your x444 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
12.2 Suspension or Termination by x444
x444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:
- A breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
- Fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity is identified or suspected.
- A player is found to have misrepresented their age, identity, or eligibility.
- A self-exclusion or third-party exclusion order applies to the account holder.
- x444 is required to do so by a regulatory instruction, court order, or legal obligation.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, x444 will endeavour to communicate the reason for the suspension and expected resolution timeline to the account holder via the registered email address.
13 Amendments to These Terms
